Super Moist Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes - batter will be thin. Pour into a well greased and floured 10" Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until tests clean. Let set before removing from the pan. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar.
